Concealed Carry Certification
Concealed Carry is a comprehensive course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. The course is a complete guide to understanding conflict avoidance and situational awareness; home security and home defense; shooting fundamentals; the physiology of violent encounters; the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath); and a complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training. This is a two day class (16 hours total) with part of the second day being at a shooting range to assess the skill level of each concealed carry candidate. A 16 hour curriculum is mandated by the Illinois State Police for Concealed Carry Permit Certification.
Equipment: The following items are required to attend this course. Pistols are available for rent day of

Countering a Car Jacking
Carjacking is a serious, traumatic and often violent form of vehicle theft. It is a crime of opportunity that threatens an individual’s personal safety. In some cases, the incident can escalate far beyond the theft of your vehicle. This course teaches various tactics on how to reduce your risk of being involved in a such a dangerous situation.

4 hr course including class and scenario training. Eye protection needed to participate in scenario training
Countering an Active Shooter
Mass shootings have become more common in recent years making it more critical for employers to ensure that processes and procedures are in place to emphasize employee safety.
Communicate. Evade. Fight
Creating an "Action Plan" and practicing that plan is essential to gaining higher odds of surviving a workplace act of violence. Our team will assess your location and work with management on the most effective way to secure the facility and address the various threats that we face today. Fees will vary based on the size of the facility, number of participants, and the number of training sessions.
